ensutec Engineering has been around for more than 20 years: It was founded in 2001 as a consulting company for the planning and optimisation of painting plants. Based on decades of experience in the management and planning of painting plants and in environmental and process engineering - with excellent references - solutions are offered for customised and environmentally friendly painting plant technology.<\/p>

Owner Thomas Mayer's declared aim is to simplify the painter's work and improve quality at the same time. The graduate engineer's considerations led to the development of airmatic atomisation optimisation: an innovative technology guides the compressed air through a specially developed high-voltage unit (EMP). The neutral electric field generates homogeneous and charge-neutral droplets. In addition, the compressed air is heated or cooled to ensure consistent process conditions at all times. The result is the best painting results with outstanding quality.<\/p>
